How FidoJet collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data.
This Privacy Policy explains how Bhudeva Mobility Network Pvt. Ltd., trading as FidoJet (“FidoJet”, “we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you visit fidojet.in or enquire about and use our pet relocation services.
By using our website or our services, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit your details to us.
1 Who we are and what this covers
FidoJet is a premium, IATA-compliant pet relocation service operated by Bhudeva Mobility Network Pvt. Ltd. We are based at Plot No 240, Northern Peripheral Rd, Sector 112, New Palam Vihar Phase 2, Choma, Gurugram, Haryana 122017, India, and you can reach us at info@fidojet.in.
This policy applies to fidojet.in and to the personal data we collect when you contact us or use our services. It does not apply to any third-party website or service we link to.
2 Information we collect
a) Information you give us. When you request a quote, contact us, request a callback, make a corporate enquiry, or message or call us on WhatsApp or by phone, we collect the details you choose to provide. These typically include your name, phone number and email address; the cities you are moving from and to; your preferred dates and move type; details about your pet such as species, breed, age and weight; and anything else you tell us in a message.
b) Information we collect automatically. When you visit fidojet.in, certain technical information is collected automatically, such as your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, and how you reached and moved through the site. This is collected using cookies and similar technologies through Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads, and through our hosting provider’s server logs.
We do not collect payment-card numbers through this website; any payment is handled separately as set out in your quotation or invoice.
3 How we use your information
We use your personal data to:
- respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation;
- plan, coordinate and carry out your pet’s relocation;
- communicate with you by WhatsApp, phone or email about your move;
- meet airline, AQCS, customs and destination-country requirements that are necessary to move your pet;
- measure and improve our website and our advertising; and
- comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
We process your data on the basis of your consent (which you give by submitting your details), to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and to perform that contract, and for our legitimate interests in running and improving FidoJet, in each case as permitted by applicable law.
4 Cookies and tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, which fall into three broad groups: strictly necessary cookies that make the site work; analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used (through Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager); and advertising cookies that help us measure and improve our campaigns (through Google Ads).
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on, and manage ad personalisation in your Google account. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.
5 How we share your information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed to provide our services and run our business:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf, including Zoho (our customer-relationship management system), Google (analytics and advertising), our website host, and WhatsApp / Meta where you choose to contact us that way.
- Airlines, government authorities (such as AQCS and customs) and our overseas relocation partners, where sharing your and your pet’s details is necessary to book, clear and complete your move.
- Others where we are required to do so by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We require our service providers to protect your data and to use it only for the purposes we specify.
6 International transfers
Pet relocation is, by its nature, an international activity. To provide our services and operate our systems, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside India, including by our service providers and overseas partners. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data is handled securely and in line with this policy and applicable law.
7 Data retention
We keep your personal data for as long as we need it to respond to your enquiry and provide your relocation, and afterwards for as long as required to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations and to handle any queries or disputes. Enquiry and customer records held in our CRM are retained until they are no longer needed for these purposes, or until you ask us to erase them, subject to any legal requirement to keep them.
8 Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to access the personal data we hold about you; correct it if it is inaccurate or incomplete; erase it; or withdraw a consent you have given (which will not affect processing already carried out). You may also raise a grievance about how we handle your data.
India’s data-protection framework currently applies under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and is being strengthened under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 as their provisions come into force. We will honour your rights as they apply to us under that framework. If you are located in the EU or the UK, you may have additional rights under the data-protection laws that apply to you.

9 Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including serving our website over a secure (HTTPS) connection, limiting access to your data to those who need it, and working with reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10 Children
Our website and services are intended for adults arranging the relocation of their pets. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
11 Third-party links
Our website may link to third-party websites and services that we do not control, such as airline policy pages, government sites and our social-media profiles. This policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please review their policies before sharing your information with them.
12 Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or the law. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
