How fast will you reply?
During desk hours, which are 10am to 10pm IST every day, WhatsApp replies usually land within minutes. Messages sent through the contact form outside those hours are answered the next morning. A callback request is returned within the window you choose.
Which desk do I need?
If you are moving abroad or bringing a pet back into India, you want the international desk. If you are moving within India, you want the domestic desk. If you are not sure, message either one and we will point you to the right person.
Can I visit your office?
There is no need to. We are a door to door service, so pickups and deliveries happen at your home, and everything else is handled over WhatsApp, call and email. Our Gurugram base is operational rather than a walk-in centre.
What should I have ready before I contact you?
Just the basics: where you are moving from and to, roughly when, and the species, breed and weight of your pet. That is enough for us to tell you what the move involves and give you an honest first sense of timing.
