Terms & Conditions

The terms on which we provide our website and our pet relocation services.

Last updated: 1 July 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of fidojet.in and the pet relocation services provided by Bhudeva Mobility Network Pvt. Ltd., trading as FidoJet (“FidoJet”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website, requesting a quote, or engaging us to relocate your pet, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or our services.

1 About these terms

These Terms apply to everyone who uses our website or engages FidoJet to relocate a pet. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy and with the quotation or invoice we issue for your move, which together form the agreement between us.

2 Our services

FidoJet provides pet relocation services within India and internationally. We arrange and coordinate the safe movement of your pet, including IATA-compliant travel crates and handling through an IATA-certified agent partnership, working with airlines, ground partners and the relevant authorities.

We do not provide boarding, day-care or kennelling. Our services depend on route feasibility, airline acceptance, regulatory clearance and availability, and we will tell you honestly where a particular move, breed or route cannot be carried out.

3 Quotes, pricing and payment

Quotations are prepared for your specific move and are estimates based on the information you give us. Any starting price shown on our website (for example, “from ₹4,000”) is an indication of our lowest entry-level service, not a fixed price for your move. The final cost depends on factors including the route, airline charges, the crate, regulatory and government fees, and any ground legs involved.

A quotation is valid for the period stated in it. Payment terms — including any advance, deposit, milestone and balance amounts and their due dates — are those set out in the quotation or invoice issued to you for your move, which form part of these Terms. A booking may be held or not commenced until the payment due under your quotation or invoice has been received.

4 Your responsibilities

To allow us to plan and carry out your move safely and lawfully, you agree to:

  • give us accurate, complete and up-to-date information about yourself and your pet;
  • ensure your pet is fit to travel and meets all applicable health, vaccination, microchip and documentation requirements;
  • disclose any medical condition, behavioural issue or special need of your pet; and
  • comply with the requirements of the origin and destination countries and the carrying airline.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you provide. Delays, additional costs, refused carriage, quarantine or refused entry that result from inaccurate, incomplete or late information or documents are not our responsibility.

5 Regulatory and airline dependence

Pet relocation depends on third parties and on rules that change and vary by route. Acceptance of your pet for carriage, the handling of your pet in transit, customs and quarantine inspection, and entry into the destination country are decided by airlines and government authorities, not by FidoJet.

We draw on authoritative sources and our experience to advise and prepare your move, but we cannot guarantee that a particular airline or authority will accept a particular pet, that a specific date will be met, or that rules will not change. Some pets — for example certain snub-nosed (brachycephalic) breeds, or breeds restricted or banned by an airline or a destination country — may not be able to travel on a given route or at a given time, including during seasonal heat embargoes.

6 Booking, changes, cancellation and refunds

A booking is confirmed once you accept your quotation and pay any amount due under it. If you need to change your move after booking, we will do our best to accommodate it; changes may affect the price and the schedule.

Cancellation and refund terms are those set out in the quotation or invoice for your move. In every case, third-party costs that we have already paid or committed on your behalf — including airline charges, railway pet-freight charges, import or export permits, and government and partner fees — are non-refundable, because they are paid to and governed by those third parties.

7 Limitation of liability

FidoJet coordinates and facilitates your pet’s relocation. We do not own or operate the aircraft, vehicles or facilities used, and significant parts of any move — including carriage, loading and handling by airlines and ground handlers, and customs and quarantine inspection by authorities — are carried out by third parties and are outside our direct control.

The relocation of a live animal carries inherent risks that no provider can remove, including stress, illness, injury, escape, the worsening of a pre-existing or undisclosed condition and, in rare cases, the loss or death of the animal. By engaging us, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FidoJet shall not be liable for any loss of, injury or illness to, escape of, or death of your pet, nor for any delay, missed flight, refused carriage, quarantine or refused entry, where this arises from: (a) the act, omission, handling or decision of any airline, ground handler, government authority or other third party; (b) the inherent risks of animal travel described above; (c) any pre-existing, latent or undisclosed condition of your pet; (d) inaccurate, incomplete or late information or documents provided by you; or (e) any event of force majeure (see clause 8).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with our services, on any basis whatsoever, shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by you to FidoJet for the affected relocation, and we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8 Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our services that is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, natural events, flight cancellations or schedule changes, strikes, civil disruption, acts of government, changes in law or regulation, airline or airport embargoes, and public-health events.

9 Third-party services

Airlines, ground handlers and partners involved in your move provide their services under their own terms and conditions, and you may be subject to those terms. FidoJet acts as coordinator of your move and is not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of these third parties, except as required by applicable law.

10 Intellectual property

All content on fidojet.in — including text, graphics, logos, photographs and the FidoJet name and brand — is owned by or licensed to FidoJet and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse our content or brand without our prior written permission.

11 Privacy

Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it to understand how we collect, use and protect your information.

12 Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts at Gurugram, Haryana — including the District Court, Gurugram — shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services.

13 Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and the version in force at the time you engage us will apply to your move.
